According to the requirements of the party committee of Dalian Municipal administration of culture, radio, film & TV, Dalian Library organized a seminar of party building studies, and Mrs. Xin Xin, the curator and the secretary of the general party branch of Dalian Library gave a lecture on “to interpret The Sixth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee”.
