Luxun road branch has stocks more than 100,000 volumes of Chinese and Japanese literature, of which more than 60,000 volumes of Japanese books. In 2003 it is newly added with more than 11,000 volumes of Chinese books, more than 1,500 kinds of Chinese periodicals, and over 150 kinds of Chinese newspapers, providing readers for more than 300 reading seats. The museum is equipped with modern equipment, with more than 50 computers, and a multi-media reading room and audio-visual observation room, roaming the Internet and music appreciation.
To create an elegant reading environment and a good cultural atmosphere, the branch has founded reading salon, regularly organized various cultural and systematic lectures and academic symposium, for Chinese and foreign cultural exchanges. |
